The Full Story

I, like you, was looking for new ways to manage stress and cope better with life's challenges.  I stumbled upon neurofeedback in September of 2020.  After doing some research about the types of neurofeedback and what it could offer me, I decided to try it and see if 20 sessions would do anything to change my life.  I rented a Neuroptimal machine and, over the course of a month, completed over 20 sessions.  What I discovered was life changing.  I was sleeping better.  My emotions didn't take over my life.  I was managing stress better.  I had an easier time just getting things done.  I was more productive at work.  After 3 years, I continue to use neurofeedback once or twice a month.  Life continually tosses new challenges my way.  Neurofeedback helps keep my brain functioning at its best.  I sleep better, work better, play better, and feel better when I use neurofeedback.

Once I learned the benefits of using neurofeedback, I wanted to share it with everyone.  I told my family, my friends, my coworkers, and my clients about neurofeedback.  Many of them have also used neurofeedback to enhance their lives.  Some have, like me, found that they manage their emotions better.  Some find they concentrate better.  Some have found that they have an easier time getting along with people.
