Does neurofeedback help with....

Many people come to neurofeedback services looking for help with specific diagnosis, such as ADHD, Insomnia, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Strokes, and more.  Neurofeedback is shown to help with things people experience such as difficulty paying attention, difficulty completing tasks, lack of motivation, difficulty regulating emotions, difficulty sleeping, to name a few.  However, the Neuroptimal system does not target a specific symptom or diagnosis.  Instead, it uses a nonlinear approach to show the brain how it is working.  The brain then decides what shifts need to be made to function on a more optimal level.  These shifts occur gently and naturally, making it safe for all ages..  Neurofeedback provides drug free training to help the brain work better.  People who do neurofeedback tell us that they see improvements in sleep, emotional regulation, focus, attention, productivity, stress, self confidence and performance.
